Red Hot Kitchens was appointed to replace an existing kitchen in a small Manly apartment, delivering a full renovation within a compact footprint. Do I need strata approval for a kitchen renovation in a Manly apartment?

If you’re in one of Manly’s apartment blocks, yes, strata approval is needed before work starts. James will give you the information you need to lodge it, but the approval itself is handled by you directly with your strata body. Council approval isn’t required for any of his renovation work.

Will parking or building access be an issue?
